「It was my first time travel to Italy and I was pleased to stay there to start my trip. The location is great, very easily accessible, chilled neighborhood around, they have a gorgeous rooftop as well, but it seems it has not been fully utilized. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I had encountered the terrible rainstorm in Rome, thanks to it's powerful hair dryer and the 24 hr ironing room, I could wear my only coat again that evening :-) I didn't go to their spa and breakfast so cannot comment on...

「Lovely stay and the staff and team were very supportive. Whilst it's a little way out of the city centre, it's easily doable and the shuttles are good (also means you get a lot more space than a crowded city centre hotel). Only complain is that our air conditioning unit rattled a LOT!! And did compromise our sleep each night... I did as for maintenance to fix but never heard back... Other than that a good hotel and good value for money」

「Have bus stop right in front the hotel door, you can take bus to every corner of Roma if you have bought a Roma pass. I reserve a Deluxe room, which is clean, and the space is excellent. I like the wash room very much, shower is perfect. Staff are very helpful, I made some mistake on booking date, they help me change that, with no extra cost! They also provide useful information if you ask. Just one little setback, the hotel is located at little distance from the central city, like 15mins...
