「Generally enjoyed the stay, but the room had old water damage that was very visible. A shame they didnt even bother repainting the baseboards. Staff and cleanliness were good though, just the room condition took away from the experience. 」

「We booked the room for 3 persons. When arrived, we discovered that there were only two sets of bedding, the sofa bed wasn’t ready or set. When asked for one more set, the receptionist said there wasn’t any! After chasing, she gave me at last. Her attitude was not sincere nor helpful. The check in experience was bad! This affected my stay in the hotel a lot!」

「The hotel is a beautiful building. Breakfast is good. Driving in Montreal is harrowing, try to avoid it. Mint Real is within easy walking distance as many other museums, pedestrian only markets and cafes. Neighborhood markets are a short walk away as is the subway.」

「The staff were simply amazing. Room was super clean. Perfect location between Old Montreal and St Catherine’s. I’ll say it again, THE STAFF WERE AMAZING. I asked for directions, recommendations etc everyday of my trip. Unbelievable how friendly they all were. Definitely staying here again 」

「The service was excellent. After checking out, we stored our luggage, and when we went to pick it up, the front desk proactively gave us two bottles of water. Room service was prompt as well (usually within 15 miuntes). Also, the room design was very good, featuring an electric stove and a European-style bathtub, which were very aesthetically pleasing. Lastly, the location is very close to major subway lines 1 and 2, which is very convenient for traveling to Notre Dame and old montreal.」
