Terrible noise from event downstairs.
"During my first night of staying, there're events downstairs, the music was so loud and went on until 3am. Can't sleep at all. Very annoying also not respected the guests who live in the hotel. Very disappointed."

"Unterkunft liegt an einer stark befahrenen Strasse, zentrumsnah, besonders die Straßenbahnen haben uns recht schlaflose Nächte beschert... Wohnung allgemein recht unsauber, Essen vom Vormieter stand noch in der Mikrowelle, Bad war in Sachen Sauberkeit ok."

"Bestätigte und bezahlte Buchung war dem Vermieter gar nicht bekannt. Äusserst mangelhafte bzw nahezu verhöhnende Hotline-Unterstützung per chat. Musste mir selbst helfen, glücklicherweise haben meine Bank bzw Paypsl die Abbuchung zurückgeholt. Haarsträubend mannhelhafter Service - unbedingt Finger ..."

"The place by itself is nice and the apartments seem pretty new and in good shape overall. But: Not having a 24/7 reception or welcome room in any kind is not good enough. To get the key is nothing but a hassle, and if you do it wrong, you have lost your option. It is all in Slovak, so it's difficult. ..."
