「整體不俗，早餐一般，沒有雪櫃！」

「It's located at the centre of Rotterdam so the shopping area is in walking distance. We stayed at The James on the King's day. Though there were lots parties going on till very late, but room was soundproofed so we still have a good sleep! 」

「環境清潔可以再多加強，地毯上有垃圾,未使用的浴巾上夾有毛髮等。其他設備齊全，床很舒適！」

「Some concierges are quite rude, some are nice. Not consistent quality of service. Equipments and facilities are quite modern」

「The executive twin room is spacious, but the air conditioner is weak, executive lounge is much cooler than in room. And it is too dark in room even though all lights are turned on. Besides, the bath towels look old, white color faded out, don't expect that in Marriott. Lounge is good with spectacular full view of the city. In happy hour time, suggest to have hot soup, now only have cold bread and no way to heat up.」

「House keeping wasn't doing good. Didn't refill the toilet paper and shampoo. Sometimes didn't replace the towels even they were on the ground. Sometimes didn't even come in the room for cleaning.」

「Lovely helpful staff. You get exactly what you order, a room with a bed. A basic room with no extras like tea/coffee making equipment. However the bed was very comfortable and the new shower room with powerful shower was top notch. Good for a stopover or 48-hour stay but wouldn’t book a longer break around it.」

「房間跟浴室很小，住過各個區域的easyhotel，這家的感覺最不好，跟櫃檯反應房間暖爐不能使用，等了很久後才有人來查看，確定暖爐無法使用後說要幫忙換房，卻給你一間充滿煙味的房間，對味道過敏的我們完全是折磨，詢問是否還有其他房間，並未得到回覆，只好忍著低溫哆嗦過夜 浴室水壓很弱，熱水非常不穩定，洗到一半時不是被燙到就是被冷到 離中央車站或Blaak走路約7-10分鐘 提早到寄放行李收3€，吹風機使用超過1小時要收2€ 唯一的方便點就是附近吃的很多」

「This hotel was across the river from the cruise port in Rotterdam. It was a short walk over the bridge to the port. The rooms are nice, super clean, and the restaurant was great. I highly recommend.」

「The hotel and room was basically fine. The only problem was I booked a room for 2 adults with 2 kids, but the room was for only 1 kids. We made the other sofa bed by ourselves, after all it is not difficult. However, when we told front desk about this, and just asked for additional blanket, nobody apologized and only told us that we should called them to fix this. Ok, I think I should not do your job, right? This is not firendly at all. Also, during check in, the staff was absolutely speaking...
