“The WORSE staying experience I have ever had. Never experienced such bad service, not to mention the the refrigerator was broken, and there were bundle of long hair under the bed. the price does not worth the quality AT ALL. “They said the was a jacuzzi but when you arrive the jacuzzi has been out of service for months, besides the pool is disgusting filled with bird poop and when we asked it to be cleaned he put the dirt back in the pool we almost threw up, the gym looks like a morgue and the hotel looks like a ghost house, there are much better hotels nearby”

"My seond stay in this hotel. I booked this hotel because I want to have some swimming time and good sleeping time within long transit. However, the pool is out of service during my stay and when I booked the hotel (just 12 hours before check in) I have not got any notice on this. What a disappointment."
