“The WORSE staying experience I have ever had. Never experienced such bad service, not to mention the the refrigerator was broken, and there were bundle of long hair under the bed. the price does not worth the quality AT ALL. And I need to share the following experience if anyone plan to store the stuff or luggage at the concierge; 1. We requested the airport pick by email, but there is no one reply, it seems that no one check the mail box 2. We left 2 package to our friends at the concierge,……

“Excellent Hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Two staff in particular were exceptional. Suman in Room Service, who kept our room immaculate aways, and would clean the room around OUR timings and not when he wanted to clean it. The other person was Sawjanya, who not only looked after all our needs but also those of other people during breakfast time. She would have our tea and coffee ready and knew exactly what we wanted, after the first day. She was always so calm and pleasant to……

“Strongly recommended. The staff for airport shuttle to the hotel was easy to find. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The view of my room was great. Facilities, e.g. gym and swimming pool are great. One issue is that the pavement near the hotel was under construction due to works of nearby hotels to be built. I think there will won’t be a problem after the hotels are completed. ”

“They said the was a jacuzzi but when you arrive the jacuzzi has been out of service for months, besides the pool is disgusting filled with bird poop and when we asked it to be cleaned he put the dirt back in the pool we almost threw up, the gym looks like a morgue and the hotel looks like a ghost house, there are much better hotels nearby”

“Staff was very helpful. But room was not clean is the best way I can put it. Food at the Restaurant was excellent but needs to be cleaner. Toilet needs a revamp too. My thanks to the lady at reception for all her help.”
