"Convenient location with great harbor views. Excellent customer service. The in-hotel restaurant was excellent with a happy hour, live music that was not too loud, and delicious entrees. Continuous cab service made getting to and from locations further than walking distance a snap. "

"Amazing hotel , super clean and comfortable room and the view was spectacular ! We just were not impressed at all with the Saturday night Jazz dinner buffet at the Ocean 999 on the lobby level. It was overpriced for what was offered. Lots of carbs and underseasoned food. Would definitely stay there again in the future and stay clear of that restaurant. "

"Hôtel and room was clean and modern and staff are excellent. Even with labor issues happening, on site staff could not do enough for us, they kept hôtel running, any supplies needed they provided at the front desk. Easy to walk to some restaurants and shopping and quick cab to downtown if needed. Would highly recommend, even with the ongoing labor issues."
