"Its small. Luggage stays at the bottom floor so you dont have access to it easily from the capsule area. Public bath so no privacy when showering whatsoever. Its your preference; I chose not to shower there. Rembrandt in shin-okubo is much larger and much more luxurious. Stay there instead."

"Very cute Onsen room that was really nice, the capsules are spacious and comfortable- the people in my room were noisy all night and so didn’t get much sleep and it was pretty hot too! It’s like staying in a cheap hostel. Probably fine for one night but I wouldn’t stay longer."

"It's a capsule hotel. Surprisingly not claustrophobic. Clean and mostly comfortable. Wasn't too crowded when we were there (we got two pods). Everything was clean and easy. "A great stay, I slept very well during my stay. I didn’t go for the sleep report, I heard people complain that there was beeping going off in their pods, I think this was for the sleep report, glad I didn’t chose it! The lockers are quite narrow so if you’re bringing a large suitcase, be sure to have a smaller bag to store clothing and everything you need for your stay. Staff are lovely and very polite, easy to communicate with even if you’ve struggled to learn Japanese! The hotel is busy but...
