「去年九月已經 Expedia 預定 曾經入住過的Francis Hotel classic room，在行程單上説明會送一支紅酒的，但酒店職員説沒有顯示，最後補送了。花洒組合設計不佳，因去水平台太淺，女士們洗頭加洗澡一定溢滿平台而弄濕整個洗手間；而供應的洗澡及洗髮液只有姆指大的容量不能照顧到兩位成人住客。尤幸職員友善，及位於酒店地下的 BB 餐廳值得推薦，晚上用餐情調極佳，當晚侍侯的 Salvador 服務一流，應該一讚。 酒店整體很好，只需留意一些細節加以改善，保持水準。」

「The hotel room is huge, and every detail is perfect. From the watch to the wine, everything is impeccable. Moreover, the hotel's location is close to the center of Bath, making it incredibly convenient for finding food and going shopping. The staff is also extremely polite, and the handsome young man from concierge, in particular, is exceptionally nice to us. He attentiveness made my partner and me feel like VIPs. 「在這個15世紀的建築內，電梯非常的復古只能坐兩個人還蠻特殊的，房間內的設施也還不錯，很有自己的味道，餐廳的服務生以及環境都非常好，裡面是英式早餐的自助餐。 飯店外面就直接是大街上，可以去走走逛逛，旁邊呢還有兩個汽車的銷售中心，一個是法拉利一個是瑪莎拉蒂，可以看到很多很棒的車，又可以到新森林公園裡頭去走走。」
