2nd time staying here and i loved it. Staff was very nice, food was pretty good and our room was nice. However the hotel does look like its in need of some repairs from the last time i was there

Entrance desk n hallwat n elevators were very hot...I had requested first floor ahead of time due to broken foot n didnt get first floor until second night with our pleads for one n then we get one n have to wait till 430 to get it because they had forgotten about our arrangement although morning clerk had forgot to tell oncoming clerk about arrangement then we were asked to leave 4th floor room by 12 so we could get 1st floor room but we didnt get room till 430....4 and a half hrs without a room...totally irresponsible n poor communication and totally inconsiderate of my foot situation..very disappointed
