「It is the worst experience in my life and the staff is rude and not helpful. They downgraded us and pretended to upgrade us! We are totally four people and reserved a family villa, however, they offered us a two-people villa, which provide us one double bed and 2 sofa beds for four people. 「We just left the Astra Suites and we didn’t want to leave. The view is unbelievable and the staff are so attentive and friendly. We had such a delicious dinner at Five Senses Restaurant, that we brought our friends there the next night. I had an amazing massage by Nicholas at the spa.
