「The property was perfectly as described and shown in the pictures. Honestly, the condo had any and everything you could possibly need for your stay. That was so appreciated. It was very clean and updated. The owner was very friendly and was available at all times. I highly recommend this property.」

「We were there for a junior golf tournament and the location was perfect. We had one issue with a dog next door that was barking and even though the unit next door was not managed by the same company they were able to help us in handling the issue to get the people next door to come back and check on their dog. Super helpful and they went above and beyond to make everything right.」

「We didn’t spend much time in the treehouse However there was plenty of room for everyone. The second bedroom is separate from the main space and has to be accessed from outside so plan on an older child or adult staying there with any small children. The treehouse was very nice. This is the third treehouse on Deer island that we have stayed in, the others have had two bedrooms in the main area but you have a smaller common area and kitchen with that set up. Overall a great place to stay.」

「This was probably the cleaness rental Ive ever had. The rental is a short walk to beach and the host quickly replied to all my messages. Perfect mother and adult children get a way!!!」

「We had a group of 15 people staying. There size of the house was perfect, to either gather everyone or there are spaces to gather as smaller groups or to be alone. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The pool was perfect size for us, and it was an easy walk to the beach when we tired of the pool. We found 2 minor issues, sheets were so rough that I had to buy some to sleep on while there and the refrigerator froze items is the back and didn't generate more ice. That could have...
