「Could have used more information in writing in the house on systems/appliances (e.g., washer/dryer, dishwasher). The door between bathroom and two downstairs BRs needs to be shaved; it is sticking. Given such small BRs on the main level, there should at least be some shelves and/or more hooks. The sofa is REALLY worn; otherwise, the common area is excellent and attractive for a group of our size.」
