「This was our second stay at Sunrise Mamlouk Palace Hotel. The staff goes above and beyond to make you enjoy your holiday to the fullest, especially the reception and holiday concierge staff. 「We stayed 5 nights in June! Everything was perfect. Rooms and all other amenities were clean and top. The only negative was price of hotel taxi and spa! Other than that was relaxing and quit. Beach clean and sandy. We felt like home even they provided us with lunch box at travel day!! Special thanks to sayed from room service!! He was the best! We will come back for sure. 」
