「We stayed for one night in a club room which was very spacious clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the generous freebies too. I was a member of the leisure club since the hotel opened but I haven’t been back for ten years. I did feel not a lot had changed. The decor is dated now but still clean and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and enjoyable. The pool facilities are still really lovely, even though I can see in places an update is needed. I would definitely stay again in this busy hotel...

「5 minutes walk to train station and 10 minutes walk to town centre, staff were average, not active enough, could be better. Room was big , but accessories could be improved」

「The tub is hard to get in and the plastic door above the tub is uneasy to shut, therefore it leaks. The condition is excellent.」

「The Hotel does need renovation to compete with newly build hotel chain. The room size is descend, but the furniture is old and has many scratch. If can do some renovation, I am sure can bring back many more customers.」
