「Best thing was the pool.and sauna. Rooms need updating. Sofa beds hava a gap between the two mattresses where children can get hurt. The desk clerk was able to provide a mattress protector that we used to fill this gap so our children could sleep safely. 」

「The reception lady Dona is very helpful. But the room is not really clean, under a pillow there have some biscuits.」

「The staff at this property are very likeable and friendly. Whenever we are visiting our Sister who lives in the village, the main Reception lady is so wonderfully helpful whenever we stay. Always happy to see us and helpful.」

「The staff were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. The breakfast was self service but a very good variety of continental and cooked. Some areas could do with an uplift but overall a comfortable and well maintained hotel. 」

「Gave my card details for three different cards but they didn't work on the system.Luckily the fourth card worked.Their was nothing wrong with any of the cards and if the fourth one didn't work we would not have able to stay even though we had paid the full price in advance」

「The hotel used to be an IBIS hotel, so have similar decoration. The room is basic but sufficient, actually slightly better than I expected. No lift.」
