Sinsa-dong Adventure Sport Hotel

"We saved so much by staying at the Ryu Guest House instead of a Marriot or Holiday Inn. It was like apartment studio living abroad in Sinsadong, Gangnam, Seoul, SK. Everything was walking distance to Metro, Food, Groceries (CU Market), Bars (Kompact Record Bar), Coffee Houses (Milestone) and Garosugil (Trendy Area). We felt very safe as well. "This hotel was good but I'm not sure I would come back. We had a room that was in the attached building. There was one window but barely had sunlight, the lights were also very dim even in the bathroom. The room has definitely seen some use and I noticed some damage or weird stains in the bathroom. Our travels included moving a lot of luggage so we really liked the space and storage but compared to other lodging in Korea, we would choose the others first. "This place has wonderful and professional staff, and honestly, the rooms are decent. But here’s where it goes downhill… The weekends are packed with weddings or other events on the 5th and 7th floor. That’s not an issue, but trying to get an elevator is a real pain. Sometimes you’re pressing for an elevator, and then, the elevator is going up and down, and all over the place, but just not picking you up. So then other people end up button-mashing for the other elevators, and it kinda’ holds...
