「The view from this property strikes you the minute you walk in the front door. All you can see is your pool, the beach and then St. Barth off in the distance. The property is very well maintained and easy to find. It is well located between the French and Dutch sides of the island. The restaurant Big Fish is a 30 second walk from the front door and was delicious. Overall a great place to stay in St. Maarten.」

「This was an extraordinary rental that allowed us to have a great vacation. The unit is quite large with excellent views of the ocean. The beach is nearly private with very few swimmers. Having our own private pool in the unit was fantastic. I highly recommend the unit.」

「Everything about this location is great. Communication with Donna Marie prior to arriving was super informative and helpful. 「First time at this property - it did not disappoint. This was our first time back in St Martin since the 2017 hurricane. We loved every minute of our 10 day stay. The villa was clean, well appointed (everything you need if you’re cooking). 「Villa Alizea was everything they described! Usually the pictures are misleading but this place was fantastic. There are 4 bedrooms, each with it's on en suite bathroom and another bathroom just off the kitchen. The view is stunning! The entire villa is well thought out, and was the perfect size for my wife and three adult daughters, each having their own br and bathroom. Having said that, we rented a jeep and cruised the entire island, which made coming back to the Villa that much more enjoyable. We would rent this spot again.」

「The location of this beautiful villa is perfect. Close to the beach and the restaurants in the village. All the utensils for cooking were there however we chose to enjoy the many incredible restaurants and beach bars. Anna was a wonderful host and provided all the information we needed. Her warm welcome was much appreciated. We would stay here again without hesitation. Orient Bay is awesome! And the food is out of this world!」

「As usual our property manager Moune was available and had the home ready. This property sits a few hundred feet from the beach but has its own pool. Quite comforting the water storage on the property since we have been on the island for many water shutdowns… everything was perfect this trip. We will definitely be back to hopefully stay in one of Moune’s managed properties.」
