Awesome house

The house is very cozy. 3 bedrooms and baths, large kitchen and dining area. The best thing is the pool area looking right out to the ocean. A covered patio and cute octagonal pool . There is also beach access below. Lovely location too, easy to get to Maho and Simpson Bay, also the airport.

Family Perfection

Wirh 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, this was perfect for us and our adult children to spend amazing quality time. The pool and view was the cherry on top.

Our family of four spent a week in St Martin and loved it! Bob's place is beautiful and in a convenient location for exploring around the island. Bob was very responsive and helped with any and all questions that we had. We look forward to visiting again.

A great place to stay

My wife and I stayed at Bobs place for 2 weeks. It’s was a great place to relax and recharge. The place is just as described. The view is amazing. It’s awesome to have your own pool as well as floats. There are chairs to take to the beach as well as an umbrella. There isn’t much else you could ask for. Thanks Bob for a great two weeks. We will definitely be back

Pool was clean, as was the house. Kitchen was very well equipped. The location was perfect, close to a couple restaurants and grocery stores, we were able to easily walk to both. Would stay there again.

This is a wonderful spacious villa with the most amazing view and private beach. The pool was a nice temperature too!Lots of little extras that make a big difference. I will be back without a hesitation.

Wonderful host, good location

We used the pool every day and sat outside on the deck to admire the stars at night. Having 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms was great so everyone could spread out.

Baywatch Perfection

Our stay at Baywatch was simply perfect- the location, the home, the outdoor space, the view, and the amenities. The location offers easy accessibility to the beaches, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and more in Maho, Lowlands, and Simpson Bay. The home is comfortable and spacious enough for 6 people. The outdoor space is wonderful offering both sun and shade plus a private pool and a wonderful ocean view. The view is amazing both day and night. The amenities Bob offers such as pool and beach accessories are added extras to help complete a vacation. Thank you Bob for everything and looking forward to a trip back as soon as possible..

Wonderful stay!

Relax in Paradise

We just returned 2 days ago from our 8 night stay at Baywatch. Bob is a fantastic host and was always available if we had any questions. This property is very clean and so comfortable! Bob thinks of everything, from outdoor necessities at the private pool, which we loved, to small details like a nightlight in the bathroom. We had everything we needed, and for food shopping, Maho Market is so conveniently close. Having this view from Baywatch is awesome, overlooking the water and with great sunset views. Air conditioning in the property, but we only used the one in the bedroom at night. It's such a joy to open the 2 double patio doors and the windows and have refreshing breezes through the house. All furnishings are very clean and comfortable. We loved this house and would definitely return again.

Fantastic host and great place to stay

Bob is one of the best hosts you will come across. The place was fantastic. The deck with the private pool overlooking the ocean was the winner here. A short 5-10 minute walk to Maho. The place reminded me of a cottage. Has a nice rustic feel to it. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean.kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of drinking glasses. Beds were comfortable. Bin was a gracious host who met us and checked us in. He was there if we had any questions but was not intrusive. He leaves you alone unless you need him. I would stay again with Bob next time I visit the island.

Amazing view

The view was breathtaking! It was so nice to have our own private pool and covered deck. Bedrooms stayed cool at night. Plenty of linens and everything that we needed. Bob was an amazing host! Location was perfect too! Would highly recommend this property. We can't wait to visit again soon.
