“I genuinely want to personally Thank Jeremy and Nelson for their hospitality! They went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were extremely comfortable. We felt completely safe and catered to with the care they showed us! I can’t forget what felt like our personal driver, Leticia! She’s absolutely amazing! I highly recommend requesting her if you need taxi services! You really made us feel at home! You guys are the best! Thank you so much! We can’t wait to come back and visit again!

“We had a Penthouse unit with a view of Simpson Bay. Awesome sunsets and views of the entire area. Rooms were clean and spacious. Balcony great. Staff was very helpful. One issue was only 1 elevator was working the whole time we were there, but we managed. Lots of things to do and places to eat within walking distance. I've been to this resort a few times before and would continue to go back.”

“The location and view from the room
Is amazing.
This is my 3rd time at the Sapphire beach club which I love and I recommended it to others.
But, the AC was almost not working. It was VERY weak. It was not cooling the room. It was humid inside the room. Definitely the ceiling fan helped but was not sufficient. I reported this to the staff but no one did anything. Which is sad. I hope this is to be considered as this is one of my favourite location at SXM.”
