The infinity pool is wonderful. Beautifully designed with the area made to look like you're wading on the edge of the beach, plus the view to the ocean is lovely. The rooms are nice, bathrooms are very nice. My only complaint is that housekeeping is TERRIBLE. We had our room cleaned ONCE in six days, after requesting service and being out of the room for six hours at a time each day. Also had to ask for more toilet paper, kleenex, and towels, which is really substandard for a hotel of otherwise high quality.

Airport pickup didn’t happen even though we called, said our name and waited and waited. Taxis said the van just left and it happens often if there’s not more than 10 people (arrived back just before us). Staff not very attentive. Room pretty clean but rusted safe, outlets finicky. Shower not great…..didn’t eat there. Close to airport. Pool was nice. Didn’t make it to the beach. Glad we only stayed one night. It was okay but for $800 not even remotely worth the price.

Room was delayed for daily cleaning, consistently had to asked for clean towels ( room cleaned but not enough bath towels left for number of guests. Bathroom does not have a door so it soak the floor when you shower. Entertainment ( actual person singing / music noise level right above the rooms Room was attached to an adjoining room and you can hear all your neighbours conversations clearly. Dont expect to sleep in as the doors / walls are not soundproof.

Nice room and view. Beautiful pool, cool slide and great hot tub. Salt restaurant had good variety for breakfast but limited selection for other meals. Valet parking was nice but 2 mornings in a row the passenger seat came back to us with cigarette ashes one day and other dirt the next. Not sure if the valet guys were using our rental car for evening breaks? Re-stocking of Keurig K-cups and bathroom supplies never happened over the course of a 5 night stay. Would stay here again.

We did not feel welcomed during our entire stay. Most of the staff had dismissive behavior. Every single day there were issues with the staff cleaning our room. It either was not cleaned, or poorly cleansed.

From the ambience to the location to the staff to the room, everything was perfect. The staff were very welcoming very nice and very attentive. From the front desk, staff to the staff at the restaurant to the guys that run the shuttles and take your bags. The young lady in charge of the excursions was amazing. Everyone was so respectful and always had a smile. I definitely will return to this resort. No complaints at all. The best part was watching the sunset by the pool. Thank you to everyone at the Morgan that made my 40th birthday special.
