「This hotel is a bit far from airport. May be a bit confusing to drive at night. Parking is horrible, the hotel had an event when I arrived. It took me at least 10 mins to get a parking. Overall, the service and the room is good. It is clean, quite and comfortable. One disappointment is "City View" is "Parking lot" view.」

「The hotel is clean and there is a covered car park which is very good if you drive. The charge of the car park is £10 per day. The hotel is close to Legoland Windsor. The buffet dinner’s charge is £20 per adult which is value for money. One reason I chose this hotel is because it has a swimming pool. It was closed during my stay because of broken Pipe. I may stay in this hotel again next time maybe the day before I go to Heathrow.」

「Stayed here before and was looking forward to eating in the restaurant, unfortunately the restaurant was closed for a private function, if I’d known before booking, I’d have chosen a different location. The function also meant there was a lot of noise into the evening 」

「Clean and friendly. Good place for grabbing sleep before an early flight out of Heathrow terminal 5. Had a fire alarm go off (it was New Year’s Eve so you can guess why it went off) but staff did a great job following procedures and clearing us to quickly get back to our rooms. Only complaint is while there are USB outlets near the beds, the only outlets were across the room which is a problem for those of us who sleep with CPAP machines.」

「I had never stayed in such an awful hotel at such a high price, we have to share bathroom, and there is nothing in the bathroom except one roll of tissue paper. We can hear the noise from the next room easily, the carpet is old and dirty. It is very far from the airport and very hard to find. I spent 25 ponds to grab to car to the hotel and spent another 18 to the nearest station in Slought. We want to leave the hotel as soon as possible, but the landlord is unhappy with our early check out,...
