「We had a fantastic stay in the room and at the hotel! The communication with the property manager was great and they were super prompt answering questions, from when we booked initially to throughout our stay at the hotel. We plan to be back soon!」

「Overall we enjoyed our stay but there were two issues: 1. There is absolutely no parking - not even valet - available. When we arrived we had to park illegally to unload our stuff and then park at a garage that is 1.5 blocks away. It isn't that far, but it would have been nice to know before we got there. Since it is right on the beach I didn't expect on-site parking, but I did at least expect the option of valet parking or at least a place to park legally while we unloaded our belongings. 2....

「酒店位置好，属于南滩的南部，远离酒吧街的吵闹。周边交通便利，从机场坐公交就能到达。酒店服务好，房间也大。但是早餐品类太少，酒店停车不方便。」

「 I have paid deposit when I check in, but did not refund to me when I check out. Even it has passed 10 days I still have not got my deposit . I email to CASA hotel and no one reply to me. I am waiting my refund now. Please reply and return my deposit urgently. 」

「酒店位于LICON路附近，楼下是有名的餐饮一条街，地理位置绝对一流。价格也非常合适，有电梯搬运行李很方便。酒店式新装修的，但是装修细致方面还是有点欠缺。晚上关灯后门缝还可以看到楼道的灯光。这样的价格基本也不会有什么ROOM SEVICES之类的，住了三天都没有人收拾房间，不过也不想让人收拾，所以也就无所谓了。」

「Wir haben für 4 Personen gebucht, dennoch gab es nur für 3 Personen Betten und wir mussten auf eigene Kosten eine Luftmatratze kaufen. Personal war wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit.」

「酒店的房间是很大气的，居住舒服，服务也不错，酒店泳池在顶楼，很漂亮的景色入眼，只是居住在三楼有点低，外围的环境晚上睡觉有点受影响，道路上车辆行驶的声音轰响，环境有些吵，其它的都可以。」
