「Great location. We got an upgrade with balcony. However no daily housekeeping, I requested cleaning up the room, for the next morning and only the towels were changed. No answer from the Manager . Not a good idea the policy of no daily housekeeping for the guests」

「Rooms were pretty good, breakfast was well stocked and plenty of space to eat. Pool was closed down by the health department our entire trip, which was a huge disappointment! After walking around Savannah all day we were really looking forward to a swim. We would stay here again, only a 12 minute walk to River Street. Parking is $40 per day valet only, but they were excellent and fast.」

「Overall we had a great stay. We were disappointed that the pool was closed for work but there were no signs and no notice from the hotel. Our grandson was telling all of the staff in the lobby that he was excited to go to the pool. They all agreed how much fun it would be but no one bothered to say the pool was closed. We found out when we walked out on the roof and saw workers and no water. 」

「No vegetarian options and all days we got the same breakfast. The cleaning staff didn’t do a good job, just changed the towels. The dishes were chipped. But for these issues, it was decent. Could be improved. Thanks.」

「We were on the third floor and it was pretty loud, which I don't blame the property for because it was the people staying there. It was not ideal though.」
