「Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ist mitsamt des Außenbereichs inklusive des Pools in einem äußerst sauberen und gepflegten Zustand. Die Lage des Hauses empfanden wir als perfekt. Einerseits zentral und damit fußläufig alles zu erreichen und andererseits liegt das Haus direkt am Naturschutzgebiet. Die Gastgeberin Teresa ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. 「This is our 2nd year renting this property and it is always amazing. This property is situated up on a hill overlooking Roses Bay. Beautiful views, near Cami de Rhonda and beach, 15 min to city center, close to many restaurants (walking). Large rooms, clean. Lots of stairs so not appropriate for small kids or physically challenged; although there is an elevator. Kitchen could be improved in terms of utensils and gear, dishwasher was a bit wonky (not secured to the counter so kept coming out)....
