「Truly 5 star experience from start to finish. Goldener Hirsch staff goes above and beyond to serve all your needs. Apres ski cocktails and food were amazing. Ski Butler services and lockers are truly easy to use, reliable and friendly. Shuttle services to town and pick up back to hotel are always on time. Text messaging with hotel for all your needs are constant and consistent. By far one of the best resorts we have stayed with. 」

「The lift broke down and my two children were trapped in the lift, which fell from the third floor to the first floor. Without an engineer, a resident helped, asking the staff to get the keys and help restart the elevator. Until the elevator restarted, the elevator went up to the third floor to the first floor again, the elevator doors opened, and no engineers came to the hotel. My children were crying and shaking, and no one asked if we were ok or hurt. I went to the front desk and asked them...

「Not a good check-in experience, then when we arrive… No AC. High of 93 the days we were there. Top floor condo. Very very very hot. This was the hottest I’ve ever been in any type of rental ever; home rental, condo, hotel, etc. very disappointed, would not recommend during June-September due to lack of A/C. Nice property otherwise. Very clean rental. Just so so hot and hard to find. Unit 404. Just NO AIR CONDITIONING. 」
