「This was our second visit to Fistral hotel and it was just as good this time as we remembered the first time. The food is always so good, the breakfast totally worth the price, the hotel itself is lovely, has a chilled vibe and perfect views of the beach. But most of all the staff are so attentive, nothing is too much trouble, everyone is so friendly & seem so happy to be there. Best hotel we’ve ever stayed in by far! Can’t wait to go back again !!!」

「Customer service at this hotel is excellent. Lovely views.The only real drawback here is the parking...some is available on the quay behind, but if this area is used for functions it reduces car parking somewhat. There is some parking at front of hotel and also a small underground car park, but on street parking is at a premium...we hardly saw free parking spaces during the week we stayed. That said, would definitely stay here during off peak season. 」

「This place really has thought of the children first making a wonderful family holiday location. Little touches in the rooms, in the activities and throughout made it feel like the children were truly welcome and they had a wonderful time. The beach is so close and the borrow a beach toys box is genius and saves money and the environment. So much to do we were sad to come home and would definitely book again. 」

「we arrivd later than expected as we had a traffic hold up (traffic jam) but we were welcomed on arrival. all the staff were brilliantt inc. housekeeping. People outside of the hotel were very welcoming and we brought sunshine !! to Cornwall. Thank you Charlie!!!」

「Le personel était formdiable! Par contre dans la cuissine il y a quelquechose qui ne marche pas. Il a fallut attendre après avoir commandé beaucoup trop longemps! On se trouvait dans une salle d'attente!!! La salle de bain était une catastrophe. Le sol était sale. À gauge du lavabo le truc pour pendre la serviette était défectueux et la lunette était aussi défectueux et la douche n'était pas acceptable.」

「Our room has the best view looking out to the beautiful Gyllngvase Beach and it is just around 8 mins walk to it. Nice breakfast and staff, room is clean and have everything you need. Town centre is also within walking distance.」

「I was very happy with my stay. The staff are all very friendly. Food was delicious in the dining room. Beautiful garden very calming. 」
