I recently stayed at this hotel in Newquay and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect for exploring the local area, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and look forward to staying here again in the future.

We were happy with our stay, only a couple of small problems. The shower has no pressure and the temperature randomly changes. Also the shower has that annoying curtain that sticks to you when you are trying to shower. Other than that we are happy and would gladly return to that hotel. The staff were helpful and happy to help me and my pregnant wife. The hotel is in a good location and not too far away from the town, the beach is on your doorstep. The only major downside was the parking, it cost £15 per day

We had an excellent stay at the Esplanade hotel. It's perfect for a family stay and very near to Fistral beach. Claudia was especially welcoming and loved our little one. The room was very big and the beds were comfy and clean. There were was a great selection of bathroom wash, soap, lotion for adults and also kids too which was a nice surprise. Despite it saying there was no cot for the room when I booked, there was a cot and sheet in the room on arrival. The only downsides in the room were that the fridge didn't seem to get cold at all and there isn't much space to store things in the bathroom. The bathroom itself could do with a bit of updating and the shower went through cycles of strong pressure then weaker. Overall, we would stay here again, it would be especially good for slightly older kids (2+) as they have plenty of poay areas as well as a cinema and softplay.

Lovely hotel my only criticism is the floors are very creaky in the bedrooms so you can hear anyone walking around day or night about you , we didn’t sleep well as the people above insisted on walk around constantly until 3 am , god only knows what they were doing. Left the family very tired the next day ( not good ) !

It was the first time staying at this hotel. It was a great place overall but what made it an amazing experience was thr hotel staff especially Matthew. Matthew went above and beyond to make our stay amazing he was genuinely kind and had exceptional customer service. Other staff who deserve a mention is Sarah and Anita. Great location by the beach. Fantastic facilities for kids. Very family friendly. Dinner was excellent but the breakfast is way overpriced at £25 per adult! Go elsewhere for breakfast! Otherwise I highly recommend this hotel for families.

We love coming to your hotel as it gives us all the things we need. Location is perfect surf shop for our fun. Unfortunately we always seem to have bad experiences with the restaurant it always gets sorted but would be nice if it didn’t happen.
