「The location is good as it is directly linked to the mall. The overall service is average in all areas except the restaurant! You will get angry at the early morning during queuing up for the breakfast buffet. The receptionists (one tall & thin and the other is a bit fat) of the restaurant are always in very bad temper and not polite. We have stayed here for 6 days and observed that they have made all different countries guests get angry before settling down the table. I think they are not...

The location is spectacular, their art collection the clear result of a lifelong passion, the food is excellent, and the service impeccable without being overbearing or pretentious. I suspect there are few if any better places for sundowners than their terrace.」

「Smallish rooms but well designed and had everything we needed. Only issue was that hot water was sometimes difficult to get in the shower but it was warm enough to use, just not optimal.」

「The place is just too noisy, do not stay here if you want to get any sleep. When doors close it vibrates through the whole building plus the noise of people drunk leaving the bar and running through the corridors and stairs is too much.」
