"Le site est magnifique avec une vue extraordinaire. Pas de communication et difficile de trouver le nom de la cabane arrivée sur place. Pas de clôture avec le chien des voisins locataires qui vient te hurler dessus. C’est dommage pour le calme recherché. Le restaurant panoramique est très bon avec de belles balades et les cascades a 1H en voiture. "

"Lovely spacious villa with plenty of room for 10-12 people, and lots of dining and sitting space inside, and outdoor space. It was very warm during our stay, and as the villa doesn't have air conditioning it did get warm inside. Some more fans would be useful, as opening windows does increase outside noise. "If you like a little history, and what I presume is traditional Portuguese construction, this is the place. It is a delightful example of the reuse of the past. Extremely well laid out and presented. I consider it more secluded than isolated. A lovely house in a lovely part of Portugal."

"This is an excellent property in a beautiful setting. As well as the pool, the house is surrounded by a wonderful garden with orchard, vines, and shaded spots. The very welcoming owner lives next door and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and interesting - he gave us his own wine, vegetables from the garden and arranged for the local baker to deliver every day. The house was spotless and very well provided with bedrooms and bathrooms. Fast wifi in the house. Cooking facilities...
