「Location was perfect for our occasion for a sports tournament which was only a 5 minute walk! House was beautiful and the spa was a bonus to keep our little one entertained. Basics for our stay was good. For heating the fireplace wasn't usable and was replaced by fan heaters which we counted about 5 within the house. The property is fantastic, plenty of space and everything you need is there including Kayak which got plenty of use by the teenagers. 「Such a beautifully presented and spectacularly located holiday home. We had a fantastic time and some much needed rest and relaxation. Communication was fantastic including excellent suggestions of things to do in the area. We were greatful for the extra duvets on the bed and fireplace, as the weather was colder than we are used to. understaffed and needs update
"stayed here for two nights. lake view is nice but that's about it. the insulation is bad. fortunately neighbors' conversation was muffled and intelligible. every time a neighboring door closes it sounds like someone's slamming the door. one lamp cover in the bathroom actually overheated and cracked when i was away briefly. glass splinters scattered the bathroom sink area and a big piece landed on the floor. luckily i was not using the sink when it happened. the spa and sauna was available but both not idea. the sauna door was difficult to open and close, meaning it's often left open and never gets hot enough. one hot tub's jet system was left on for the whole night as i turned it off early in the morning. meaning no staff checked the area after they closed it off the previous night. the experience didn't meet the expectation."
