「I had tried to cancel this hotel booking 3 weeks ago through hotel.com ! Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! Until now , we still waiting for the hotel to response to our refund , even now the date for staying had Already passed and we still had no response from this hotel ! 「We stayed in one of the panoramic suites which was absolutely outstanding. All of the common areas were very well maintained and the staff super accommodating. 「The hotel staff are very pleasant and the beach club staff are exceptional. I paid extra for the option of having a beach club (5 min walk down from the hotel) so be able to relax after site-seeing. The spa is ok - sauna is a bit funky smelling and could do with renovation. Also, though there are signs asking for guests to be quiet, the hotel does nothing to stop loud groups taking selfies in the area - NOT relaxing at all. This is pricey, but there are so many great food options in close...
