Very helpful staff all round. Margaret took time to speak with us and made our 35th marriage anniversary special by sending us a surprise cake. The premises was great and cannot be faulted. While there was water failure which was no fault of the establishment and rain on that specific day, I still look beyond that and is objective with the overall service which we rate as excellent
