Very naive reception girl with makeup who can’t handle room check-in at all, she can’t even recognize Expedia booking ( which we all speechless). 「The room was nice, neat and clean. But the wifi was down at that moment. Water heater was provided upon request. There was no phone where I can contact the reception straight away from room. Since I stay in the hotel for a long period, at times I ate in the room but there was not enough cutleries nor bowl from the housekeepers, so it’s quite difficult to eat in the room especially during PKP times.
