「The Lakefront Anchorage is situated conveniently close to the airport and downtown Anchorage. The hotel has lots of old world charm with modern amenities. The thing that surprised me the most was that the hotel is huge, like really big. I'm pretty sure that the walk from the registration counter to our room was a 1/4 mile. The staff were friendly but understaffed for the number of customers this hotel serves. Would I stay here again, maybe, maybe not.」

「The room is a total disaster. Broke and battered. Worst Scenario ever faced! Nightmare! Broken everything, the drapes, the electric wall plug were without surface plates exposing the socket , only one socket works out of 2! The shower slide door won’t slide, walls were dirty with lumpy paint tears down the wall. Furniture were aged and dirty and shinny from aged grease rubbing on it. Fabric were vintage and old. Flooring was dull and old . Insufficient lighting. Worst if worst experience!」

「The owner was super great to work with, ultra responsive and very friendly. The place itself was great, really nice apartment and well stocked with all the things you need to hang out in Anchorage for a day or two, including tea and coffee which were great to have on hand! The decor was nice and the place was quiet, the beds were much more comfortable than I expected, and there was enough space for us to spread out and not trip over each other.
