You do really need a car if you’re staying here though and there’s no car parking on site - the closest is about a 10 min walk away. 「Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」

「We had a lovely holiday with 3 kids aged 3-8. The pools are very well maintained with a range of deep pools and the splash pools for the little one. The buffet is better than average but not brilliant for vegetarians and food wasn't always labelled. The drinks are good quality with a large selection for everyone with plenty of cocktails both alcoholic and non. Would definitely reccomend for a family holiday.」
