「The room was very clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The check in staff member was ok and the check out staff was friendly. I would come back again—not for the breakfast (it was trash!). 」

「It's far from the Great Smoky Mountains, the air conditioner had a problem the day we checked in, and they had it fixed later. But the hair dryer can't be used. The shower head sprays water out of the tub, and after a shower, you'll find water all over the floor and you'll have to clean it up. The towel is grey and I think other people have used it to wipe the floor and it's better not to use it.」
