「First of all it is not a Clarion but is now a Holiday Inn Express and Orbitz doesn’t notify you of changes like that. The neighborhood is not great didn’t feel safe to walk the .7 of a mile to Nissan Stadium. Most all of the staff was very helpful and nice, but the Housekeeping staff was rude and unhelpful. In fact they would lie to their supervisor if you asked to have your room cleaned at a later time. 」

「After a few of the reviews I did have some trepidation, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a fridge and microwave which I never opened either one. I was told there would be a $28 fee on check in, which turned into a $50 dollar "hold" on my card that I expect will be never returned due to "incidentals". Truthfully, I have stayed at much nicer hotels for less money.....but not in Nashville.」
