「The morning buffet breakfast need serious upgrading. Limited choice of food and local or international food not up to 4 star status hotel. I am a frequent visitor to Resort hotel b4 Covid. The buffet breakfast previously, prior to 2018 was good, they served tasty nasi dagang and nasi lemak and egg omelette was good. Now the standard has deteriorated. Very disappointed. Salad dressing only French. Coffee no cappuccino selection, Tea is so diluted is like plain water, bread only white bread, no...

「It was quite disappointed that the Hotel receptionist declined our request to call for a Grab with the reason that they don't have the driver list. Actually, they might use the appropriate apps because our phone could not download the Grab Apps due to technical problem. Moreover, hotel wifi sometimes was not connected.」

「Its a dead town..nothing special. No one goes to islands. Hotel is totally rundown. Bed, bath and room is bad. Room grown with spider web, lizards nest and ants nest. Have not seen cockroach yet. Reception is quite friendly though. Hotels.com info is absolutely outdated. Used to be a transit hotel for those going to/from the islands」

「The price is expensive, but the room quality is not good enough. Many ants in the room, facilities are old, and noisy in day time. The staffs are friendly and helpful. One minute walking distance to the beach is the biggest advantage.」
