「Bathroom is very clean and large」

「Spent the weekend there. Some renos happening at the moment, but room was clean & area was safe. Kids had fun at the water park. 」

「The staff were all super amazing friendly and always willing to help! We got dropped off there way before check in so they held our luggage and pointed out some things close by we could til our room was ready. Then we used the airport shuttle the next morning and my husband forgot his wallet in the hotel room but the the staff were so nice and found it right away for us and drove it back to the airport for us! They definitely have top notch customer service!」

「Hotel room very nice. Pool area very clean and someone always making sure towels are stocked and pool area in order. In room not enough towels for a party of 4. Found someones dirty socks in the living area under a chair. Elevators worked off and on and had my mom with who is not able to do stairs so was not a good thing and had to use service elevator so there was another option. Grandkids loved the room and especially the water slide. 」

「From the outside the hotel is very ugly but inside it's nice and comfortable. The rooms are lange and very clean. The breakfast is good with fresh fruit and everything you want. The great staff was incredibly sweet and helpful. You get a lot for very few money. I planed staying two nights and stayed a week because it was so nice. They have 3 whirlpools in a space next to the back door parking lot. My view from the pretty small window was to that parking lot but it was always quiet. A plus is...
