「I enjoyed my stay in the hotel, I stayed there for 8 nights, the staff are friendly and helpful. Pros: location closest to everywhere in the city, friendly staff Cons: sometimes the room is not thoroughly cleaned, the floor is not mopped sometimes 」

「Fantastic location! The renovated room has a smaller bathroom than the older rooms. The new room needed more bars and hooks for hanging towels. The shower needed a bigger lip to prevent leaking water into the rest of the bathroom. The food is tasty and with different options. The staff is courteous, competent, helpful and accommodating.」

「There is a pub near the hotel. If it is unfortunately arranged to the room facing the pub, it will be disturbed all night. Unfortunately, we are in the room facing the pub. It is a noisy room with a hot air conditioner. It was disappointing that we stayed many nights, but the hotel staff arranged a room in this location. After request, there was a room change. The new room was very good and comfortable. It's perfect except for checking in slowly and with that poor room. 😭 Various breakfast...

「The property in general is well presented and in good condition. The room I had was excellent, newly renovated, spacious and comfortable; the best room I had on this trip in Israel. I did find the staff though to be relatively unfriendly, everything requested was an effort and they certainly didn’t go out of their way to assist and show good customer service. Despite the staff, I would stay here again in the future. 」

「Customer service is the worst among all the hotels which I have stayed in the world. The front desk staff called Clarin is in particular rude, knowledgeless and lazy. The room is dated and dirty. The drainage system is poor and in a desperate need of repair as it takes a long time for waste water to be discharged from the bath tub and every sink.」

「服务不好，说好的免费停车，酒店管理停车位的门童以停车场满为理由拒绝让我们进入。我们刚从停车场入口处把车倒出来，发现后面有车开到入口就放进去了。门童态度非常不好。另外，酒店房间地毯较脏，床不是很舒服。酒店吃早餐人很多，非常拥挤，不过早餐和晚餐品种比较多。在此酒店体会不到任何服务，与此房间相比，完全不相称。」
