We spent a few days with two kids - very good location and quality, so anyone would understand what they are paying for. We checked a few other "luxury" hotels nearby while exploring around and, to our great surprise, we came to a conclusion that this one is most likely the best among them.

The Waldorf Jerusalem is always an amazing place to stay. I had a flight change due to the missile attack on Ben Gurion and the hotel was gracious enough to grant an early check in. All the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable, from the bellboy who brought up our bags immediately to the housekeeping who quickly replaced the iron in our room, to the barista who made an incredible latte at breakfast to the front desk who accomodated every request I made... The beds are very comfortable and I always love oversized bath sheets which many other hotels skip... The ahava bath products are a nice touch too.

The location is perfect to walk to old Jerusalem The property is beautiful and clean and comfortable The food is amazing The spa is great The staff is extremely helpful and nice Love it
