「One thing I wish could have been different was the breakfast. I wish it was more like a continental breakfast and not like a Starbucks. There should have been traditional breakfast options and it should be included with the purchase of the hotel stay. I wasn’t a fan that we had to pay for the breakfast in addition to the stay. 「We loved staying at the Embassy Suites in Downtown Minneapolis. We chose a Corner King Suite and it had an amazing view. Don’t hesitate to upgrade. 「The Celeste has such a rich and interesting history which was incorporated in the renovation to a hotel. Wonderful area with a lot of interesting sites in walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay - the Celeste is now our favorite St. Paul Hotel.」
