“The room is big, clean, with sufficient kitchen wares for light cooking. The hotel is with excellent location and free packing offered for EV. Pleasant stay, sure that will come back again! ”

“Good location near inner harbor and convenient for foods and meals. We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. Check in time should be 4:00 pm but we were told that the room was not ready when we arrived at 4:30 pm and had to wait for more than 15 minutes in the lobby. Reception staff told us that cleaning of the room would be arranged after midday on the next day, but no cleaning of the room was done when we returned the room at 6:30 pm on the next day after sightseeing. Minimum cleaning was then……

“Very appreciative of the staff and how they were able to hold our luggage as our flight was early arrival and departure was after check out. Very convenient. The room is small and not much to it, but it is more than perfect if you are mostly spending your time outside of your hotel. It is in a perfect location, right in the middle of downtown Victoria, which is great for tourism and exploring the downtown. Everything is walking distance ”
