「A great all-around experience. Lot's of room to relax, a nice big kitchen with a breakfast bar, and all a stone's throw from Starved Rock. I loved the balcony off the bedroom and the jacuzzi. The Grand Bear lodge has a great bar as well. Great restaurant options between Utica, Peru and Ottawa, or venture over to the Starved Rock state park lodge restaurant.」

「We had an amazing weekend stay! The place was clean and spacious for us! It had everything we needed! We will for sure be back! Loved the town of Utica! They had just set up their Mills Street with outdoor dining and we had a wonderful time! The town is very family friendly and we will be bringing the kids with us next time! 「Great place with all the necessities. Quiet and relaxing place. Great communication with Robert. Easy access. The Grand Bear Resort has a nice little mini golf, corn hole and outdoor bar area which was nice to hang out with friends and family. Starved Rock Park was a quick drive. Utica was a cute little town with many good food options. Would recommend staying here - and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!」

「We liked how well stocked it was. Nice and cozy. Only complaint was furniture was uncomfortable . We were there to hike and see the sights. Had a rainy day so was inside. Great place to stay though. Would definitely stay again.」
