“I stayed in this hotel for two nights. In the afternoon of the second day, i came back and found that the room key not working. I went down to reception for help and got a rude treatment from the mid age man in black. The problem was not caused by me and it seemed he was annoyed that I had brought some more work to him. Terrible for a hotel experience.”

“While I like to see hotels not overly supplying amenities, this hotel goes a bit too minimal. There is not even body lotion which is really necessary for most people in winter. 3-in-1 cleanser didn't make me feel good too. Otherwise, the hotel is good and staff were helpful and friendly. ”

“Stopped on second floor view very poor asked for room with a nice view but told hotel full which I found hard to believe. No fridge in room. Parking very expensive at £15 for 24 hours.”

“一家三口入住一連八晚，第一晚已發現樽裝護髮素用剩很少，第二天便通知前台，他竟然回答洗護用品及廁紙等用完需自行購買，他說這間不是一般的酒店，只提供一次性的 welcome pack! 床褥太軟，睡不好；第三晚開始睡沙發床，情況更差，整個人像向下傾斜⋯⋯ 住在市中心很方便，但每晚深夜都仍有群眾在街上吵鬧叫囂，星期五星期六晚更是沒完沒了的嘈吵，沒有一晚能安睡。 床頭燈及床邊堆積灰塵，很久沒有打掃。 雪櫃一打開便有異味⋯⋯ 餐枱表面沒有清潔，用布輕輕一抹就變黑了。 提供的碗碟竟然滿佈食物污跡，上次入住的住客使用後用布抹抹便放回碗櫃，酒店的清潔人員沒有重新清洗碗櫃內的用品⋯⋯ 這間一定是我住過最差的酒店”

“方便，整潔，近購物中心，整體十分滿意，唯是沒有停車場，要泊其他地方停車場或泊後街路邊收費停車位，下次再到利物浦市會再入住。”

“Enjoyed our stay, staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great, my Husband was particularly pleased to see no mushrooms, as he is allergic to them. No risk of cross contamination worries. 10/10 Everything was clean, and housekeeping very efficient. A small stain on the carpet and signs of wear and tear stiff sliding doors on wardrobe. Mattress a, little soft, but that's personal preference. Nothing that would stop us coming back.”

“Die Unterkunft war wirklich nett eingerichtet und der Gastgeber Paul war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist ca. 20 min mit dem Bus von Liverpool Central entfernt und liegt in einer leider nicht so schönen Gegend. Das Bussystem war für uns eine Herausforderung und leider haben wir immer sehr lange gebraucht um vom Stadtzentrum wieder ins Hotel zurückzukehren. Sonst war alles wie beschrieben, es gab im Hotel eine Klimaanlage und saubere Zimmer. ”
