Owners John and Wendy were excellent hosts, both friendly and accommodating. The house itself had tons of character, something I always look for in accommodations when we stay there in that area. 「Visited with family during labor day weekend and everyone loved the stay. The location of the property is absolutely amazing with access to many beautiful beaches in close proximity. The property does full justice to the surrounding views of mountain, ocean and star gazing in the night. It was clean and well maintained. The bathroom door took full physical strength to make it latch by lifting up and pushing in. It was cold inside, couldn't find a heater. Exterior needs a lot of upkeep. 「We had a lovely time staying at Sea Gate in Westport. The house was perfectly appointed, warm and cozy, bright and friendly. We loved sitting on the deck looking out over the Pacific Ocean as it roiled and splashed over the rocks. And we were lucky to have perfect weather all week. We hope to return again in the future.」
