「Convenient and clean hotel」

「There were some steps that were broken on the outside going up to the room on the west side of the building. Very dangerous. It was taped off at one time but it was accessible to get up the stairs. We didn’t have any bath towels, I called the front desk several times and they said they would bring some up to the room. We had to go get them from the front desk. Other than that it was okay.」

「The suite we stayed in would have been perfect if not for (1) the complete absence of a hair dryer, and (2) the fact that the foldout couch bed was totally busted. We almost couldn't pull it out at all, and when we did, we saw that the frame was mangled and broken, unable to be lain on at all. It was so bad we were not able to return it to its folded position. 「This is a very new or renovated hotel with affordable price,there is a little kitchen in the room,definitely recommend!」

「The guy named Paul at front desk was extremely rude and refused our check-in. We brought a service dog with license but he insisted that only ADA dog is allowed. There is no any related information on their page on Expedia. We took this dog with license to many hotels and flights but this is first time this happened to us. At last he yelled at us saying get out of here. Disaster experience ever.」
