The staff was absolutely amazing with helping me. I had physical disability and they all were very helpful with accommodating and helping me.

The room I stayed in had a horrible noise from the HVAC system, took two days to finally have it fixed and I was never offered a discount due to the lack of sleep for three nights. It was so loud and disruptive I couldn’t sleep through the noises when the heat would come on. Disappointed I was not offered some compensation for the uncomfortable stay.

Very convenient for airport usually. Early flight asked front desk to call cab… got a blank look. She told us to Uber or Lyft. Check in staff was more helpful.

Great location to get around to different areas. The first time we stayed it was very clean and didn't have any noticeable concerns. We had check in their app and had the digital card. It made it very convenient. The second check in was the same, but the room we were assigned had dirty dishes outside of it and the key card didn't let us in. We were relicated to another room and had a much worse experience than the first check in experience. The room was clean minus dirty dishes outside the door again. There were alot of things that seemed to be a downgraded room. There were missing parts or damaged areas in the room and the tv was not the same as the prior room. The bed was also not comfortable and appeared to be a much worn out bed than prior. It was not worth the price that I paid for compared to the original stay.
