「Last minute booking, went smoothly, had a hard time with room key card ( room 111). Kept clicking and blinking green, but door knob wouldn’t budge. Desk clerk said to pull door tight and push down hard on the handle. Wasn’t a solution. Just kept playing with it until the door handle finally moved.
